By accessing or using Fitalliance Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fitalliance Pro is an all-in-one project management and invoicing platform designed for freelancers. The Service includes:

• Project tracking and management
• Time tracking and reporting
• Invoice generation and management
• Client management tools
• Payment tracking

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

The Service offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: $0/month - Basic features with limited usage
• Pro Plan: $19/month - Full features with priority support
• Enterprise Plan: $79/month - Advanced features for teams

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Waffo Pancake). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including:

• Project information
• Client data
• Invoices and financial records
• Time tracking data

We do not claim any rights to your data and will never share it with third parties without your consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or service interruptions
• Financial losses or missed business opportunities
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
